This Shipping Policy explains how Meximo (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles order processing, shipping, and delivery for all Print-on-Demand (POD) products purchased from our store.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand)
  • Order processing time is typically 2–5 business days
  • Processing time may increase during high demand periods or holidays

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.


2. Shipping Time

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • India: 5–10 business days (average)
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or external factors

Please note: these are estimated timelines, not guaranteed delivery dates.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch

5. Delays in Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics partners
  • Weather conditions or natural disruptions
  • Remote or inaccessible delivery locations
  • Public holidays or peak sale periods

However, we will always try to assist you in tracking and resolving delays.


6. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect details provided by the customer

7. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

We may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
